My Dying Wishes Plan

Surround me with my closest friends and family, fresh lilacs, broadway tunes, a cashmere blanket, lavender lotion and never let go of my hands. These are a few of my last wishes. How do you want to leave this world?  How often do you talk about creating a document that would detail your last wishes?  Always?  Never?  How prepared are you for death?

What are last wishes?

Let's make it happen.  There is plenty to consider for your remaining months, days, hours and moments.  Our family and friends are not mind readers to how you may wish to spend this time.  Having a comprehensive document  with easy execution will be a godsend to those caring for you.  Take out the guesswork.  Remember, there does come a point where you can no longer advocate for what you want.  You need to be mindful of how you want to leave this world.  There is much to consider.

This comprehensive plan will cover such topics as

1. Do you want to die at home?
   In Hospital or Hospice?

• With each answer will come a custom plan suitable for that location
  For instance, if you are planning to be at home.
  Where would  you like your bed facing?
  Do you want a special scent in the room, fresh flowers ( which ones)
  How about music or tv?
  Favourite blanket or pillows
  Lotion rubbed on hands and feet
  Favourite lip balm (your lips will be dry)
  Do you like the sheets tucked in?
  Who would you like to be part of your circle of care?
  Did you want to write goodbye letters, make a video?
  Vigil plan
  
  

2 .   Pet Care Plan
Who will take care of them
Where do you keep their food?
Allergies, special considerations, medical history

3.  What if you die unexpectedly?  We will have a plan for that too.
This may include letters to loved ones, thoughts about your funeral, writing your own obituary

This package includes:
30 minute free consultation phone call
2  hour in person or zoom session to discuss "you".  Consider this an interview style meeting with a series of questions posed. 
30 minute follow up via zoom of your dying wishes plan
Printed and digital copies sent to you upon completion

Additional hours can be added al la carte should you require assistance.  Ie:  You may want our team to write your letters to loved ones on your behalf or a more involved legacy project.
